For the new performance Frida by choreographer Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, the National Ballet of Amsterdam asked me to create an animation about the life of Frida Kahlo. The animation is meant to introduce the life story of one of the most intriguing artists of the twentieth century to kids around the age of 11/12 years old. So when they'll visit the performance, they already know a little bit more about this inspiring Mexican woman.
