The limited print 'Tito' is part of the illustration series 'Quarantine Characters'. A series about some very different personalities Lieke Milder was in lockdown with in a hostel in Cusco, Peru, during the COVID-19 crisis. Each person is pictured in their most iconic way of coping with the strange situation they were suddenly in.
"This is Tito. A tall Spanish Casanova who is not afraid to share his opinion. Therefore he was the protector and entertainer of the hostel. If he likes you, he'll stand by your side. If not, your quarantine time would feel a lot longer. This friendly face teached me a bit of Spanish and introduced us to the beautiful songs of Fuel Fandango. While playing these tunes, he would jump up and give us a wicked air-guitar show. Thanks Tito for your awesome spirit!"
